- 24/7 proactive device monitoring
- UK based support centre
- Site visits, where required, for in track support
- Minor repairs, including consumable parts (contact points, bypass clamps and locking pins ONLY)
- Maintenance and inspection (initially once every 2 years, moving to once every 4 years)
- Functional tests
- Small mechanical modifications
- Hardware and Software updates
- Calibration/initialisation of the ZKL 3000 RC
- Unlimited Replacement of (unless broken by mis-use):
